Three teams, one studio
SpaceVerse Studio has its own building design, interior design and landscape teams in one office in Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka. Your house, its rooms and its garden can be designed together, and every team shows you the design in 3D before anything is built. Take one service or combine them. Building design
From the first plan of your plot to the drawings your contractor builds from.
We design for Bangladesh's climate and plots: deep balconies, sunshades and jali screens for shade, cross-ventilation, planted frames, and roofs given back to the people who live there. Every building is developed from space planning and 3D massing to detailed working drawings, with electrical and plumbing drawings and a material list for your contractor.

Example: an apartment building of about 12,000 sq ft (5 katha in Mirpur) costs about ৳3 lakh, ৳5.4 lakh or ৳10.2 lakh to design. Construction, materials and government fees are separate. Estimate them with our Build Cost Estimator.
During construction (Premium)
We stay involved while your building goes up. We visit the site to check the work against the drawings, help you buy materials, and coordinate with your contractor. Supervision comes with Premium. For Basic or Standard, ask us to add it and we will price it in your written quote.

Interior design
Rooms planned around how you live, with storage built in and lighting planned into the ceiling.
From compact family flats to an army commandant's office and a school's common areas, our interiors start with how people use the space. Storage is built into the walls so floors stay clear. Lighting is planned into the ceilings. Every material and finish is chosen with you and coordinated with the people who build it.

Landscape and lighting
Gardens, terraces, courtyards and roofs designed together with the building, so they give shade and get used every day.
Planting and outdoor space are designed at the same time as the architecture, not added at the end. Roof gardens, terraces and courtyards are placed for shade and daily use. Lighting design covers the facade and the garden, so the building works after dark too.

3D views and video
See your building before a brick is laid, or get a full image set to sell it.
Every team uses 3D views to show you the design before it is built. Developers and architects can also hire us for 3D on its own: exteriors, lobbies, common spaces and rooftops, lit the same way in every frame so the whole set works for marketing, brochures and approvals. Views are taken from where a buyer would actually stand.

Questions
Can I hire just one team, for example only interior design?
Yes. Every service can be taken on its own or combined with the others.
How is the design fee worked out?
A fixed rate per square foot of the area we design. For building design it is ৳25 (Basic), ৳45 (Standard) or ৳85 (Premium) per sq ft of total floor area. For interiors it is based on the floor area of your flat or space. The design fee calculator gives an estimate; we confirm the final fee in a written quote after a short call.
What does the design fee not include?
Construction, materials and government fees. Our Build Cost Estimator gives you a planning figure for construction.
Is construction supervision included?
In Premium, yes. With Basic or Standard, ask us to add it and we will price it in your written quote.
I live abroad. Can we still work together?
Yes. The first consultation is free by video call, in Bangla or English. Our projects are in Dhaka, Gazipur, Mymensingh and Cox's Bazar.
Can you make 3D views of a design we already have?
Yes. We make 3D views and walkthrough videos for developers and architects from their own drawings.
