through it. By using the site or submitting an enquiry you accept them. Full design commissions are
governed by a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence over this page.
Who we are
Spaceverse Ltd., trading as SpaceVerse Studio, is an architectural design, interior design and
architectural visualization practice registered in Bangladesh, with its office at House-1032,
Road-09, Avenue-08, Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka.
Enquiries and consultations
Sending an enquiry through this website, WhatsApp, phone or email is free and creates no obligation on either side. No payment is taken on this website.
If a paid consultation, site visit or design stage is agreed, its fee, schedule and cancellation terms are confirmed to you in writing before you pay.
Consultancy packages, rates and inclusions shown on the Fees page are indicative and may change without notice.
Design services
Scope, deliverables, programme and fees for any commission are set out in a written proposal and are binding only once both parties have signed it.
Quotations and rate estimates on this site are indicative. Actual fees depend on site conditions, built area, statutory requirements and the scope finally agreed.
Statutory approvals — including RAJUK and other authority submissions — depend on the relevant authority. We prepare and submit documentation but cannot guarantee an outcome or a timeline.
The client is responsible for providing accurate site information, ownership documents and survey data. Work based on inaccurate client-supplied information may require revision at additional cost.
Intellectual property
Drawings, models, renders and design concepts remain the intellectual property of Spaceverse Ltd. until fees due under the relevant agreement are settled in full.
On full payment, the client receives a licence to use the deliverables for the commissioned project. The licence does not extend to reuse on other sites or projects without written consent.
We retain the right to publish images of completed work as portfolio and marketing material, subject to any confidentiality agreed in writing.
All content on this website — text, imagery, drawings and renders — is protected and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
Information on this site is provided for general guidance and does not constitute professional
advice for a specific site or project. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from
any commission is limited to the fees paid for that commission. We are not liable for indirect or
consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have exclusive
jurisdiction over any dispute.
