We charge a fixed rate per square foot of the area we design: interior design on the floor area of your flat or space, building design on the total floor area of all floors. The calculator above gives an indicative figure; the exact fee is confirmed in writing after a short call.
The fee covers the design work and drawings listed in your package. Construction, materials and government fees are separate and are not part of the design fee.
